A competition proposal for Wihlborgs at ”Dockplatsen” in Malmö Harbour
We suggested a building with a robust character in this area of existing and soon to be built structures of large variation in size and expression. The buildings character is simple and repetitive which leaves economical space for high quality and precision. Hence it will serve as an elegant and calm reminder of the importance of creating architecture that lasts over time with fine proportions and high quality materials as main ingredients. The mixed activities, commercial, office and housing activate the surrounding city life both day and night.
