A recently won competition for a 2 -storey restaurant building with a public roof terrace. The location is in the Skanör harbour in Scania. The concept for the design is a very robust wooden grid where the wooden columns meet beams to create the spacial layout for the plan. Sometimes in the squarish plan there are double height spaces. A few carefully detailed metal joints where columns meet beams will characterize the building.
